Independent developer Gnarly Labs has released the first public demo for Fleet Hunters, a real-time naval action strategy game coming to PC via Steam in 2026.
Fleet Hunters reimagines classic salvo / battleships-style gameplay as a faster, real-time experience. Instead of taking turns, players place their fleet, track the enemy, and fire as soon as their weapons are ready. Both players act at the same time, with a short cooldown between shots, creating a tense tactical duel where every hit, miss, and clue matters.
The Steam demo gives players an early look at the game’s current direction, including its real-time combat system, top-down 3D presentation, and compact tactical matches.
