CFK is proud to announce today that the new deck-building roguelite, DeckLand, will launch on Steam Early Access on Monday, March 23rd.
DeckLand is the latest title from Korean indie developer JellySnow, bringing a fresh perspective to the roguelite deck-building genre. Its compelling gameplay has already earned critical acclaim at various industry events, including the Indie Arcade Award at PlayX4, a Top 12 selection at the Gyeonggi Game Audition, and a Top 50 spot at Indie Craft. Furthermore, the game’s two Tumblbug crowdfunding campaigns achieved staggering success, reaching 159% and 823% of their goals respectively, fueling high anticipation among players.
DeckLand offers a unique twist on the genre by blending classic deck-building and roguelite mechanics with a vibrant Eastern fantasy setting inspired by Korean folklore. Through the innovative “Card Synthesis System,” players can combine cards to discover powerful synergies and devastating combos. The narrative unfolds through encounters with characters and creatures from ancient legends, where player choices directly impact the journey. Players will embark on an epic quest alongside the protagonist to purge the world of menacing monsters.
A free demo of DeckLand is now available on the Steam Store. This demo has been updated to the latest version alongside the Steam Early Access announcement, allowing players to experience DeckLand before its official launch.
