DiceVaders’ first publicly playable demo is now available worldwide on Steam – and will be participating in Steam’s Next Fest which runs from Monday, February 23 to Monday, March 2.
DiceVaders is a self-described ‘numbers go up’ dice-based roguelike set in the StarVaders universe, where you play as the bosses from StarVaders! Create an army of invaders that synergize with each other, power them up with dice, and defeat the Earth and the pilots that are defending it!
You’ll be building an army of very familiar alien invaders, using positional synergies and strategies to create powerful combos and gain ever higher scores. Use Budges and Chrono Tokens to control the dice and power up your invaders! Set up powerful combinations with invaders on the grid so that each roll of the dice triggers devastating chain reactions and combos. Beware, the Pilots from StarVaders will show up to protect the planets! They each have special abilities that you must pay attention to and strategize around.
